In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule will prevail.

77a77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances set out below. Users may also request voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting 77a77 customer support.

• Where a user has breached any provision of these Terms — including eligibility requirements, account registration rules, prohibited conduct provisions or bonus abuse rules — 77a77 may immediately suspend the account pending investigation and subsequently terminate it permanently if the breach is confirmed.
• Where a user has requested self-exclusion, 77a77 will suspend the account for the requested exclusion period or permanently, as requested. During a self-exclusion period, the user will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets or receive promotional communications from 77a77.
• Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user's registered payment method following successful completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to seek resolution through appropriate legal channels.
